Every booking on Desert Buggy Rental Dubai is confirmed with secure online advance payment through our booking platform. Major debit and credit cards are accepted in UAE dirhams (AED), with no extra card-processing fee added at checkout.
Once payment goes through, a confirmation follows by email and WhatsApp, usually within a few hours and always inside 48 hours. That confirmation is your booking reference — keep it handy if you need to reschedule or cancel.

02 / Refund tiers
How much notice you give decides the refund.
These timings apply to individual and small-group bookings (up to 3 guests).
Full refund
Cancel 96 hours or more before your scheduled tour time and receive a 100% refund — no cancellation fee.
Partial refund
Cancel between 24 and 96 hours before your tour and a 50% cancellation fee applies; the remaining 50% is refunded.
No refund
Cancelling less than 24 hours before your tour, or not showing up, is treated as a completed booking — no refund is issued.
03 / Group bookings & special cases
Group size and weather change the rules slightly.
Larger bookings and operator-side cancellations follow their own timing.
7 or more days before the tour: 50% cancellation fee. 5 days or less: 100% fee, no refund.
If we cancel for weather or safety reasons, you get a full refund or a free reschedule — your choice, subject to availability.
Moving your tour to a new date costs nothing, as long as the new slot is available. Ask early for the widest choice.
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 30 days of approval.

Yes. Cancel 96 hours or more before your scheduled tour time and you get a full refund with no fee. Cancelling 24-96 hours before costs a 50% fee, and cancelling under 24 hours or not showing up means no refund.

If we cancel a tour for weather or safety reasons, you get a full refund or a free reschedule, whichever you prefer, subject to date availability.
