In my recent experience with a rental company, I encountered several issues that I find important to highlight. Firstly, there was a discrepancy between the buggy model we requested and the one provided, which led to confusion and inconvenience. Furthermore, after an accident in which the buggy rolled over, the company attempted to charge an excessive fee of 5000 dirhams for damages that, upon inspection, appeared minimal. It was disappointing to note the lack of immediate assistance following the incident, as we had to rely on another rental company for help. Overall, this experience raises concerns about the company's customer service, transparency, and handling of unforeseen events, and I would caution others to exercise caution when considering their services. Great experience. The kids (teenagers) and I were very happy and excited.
