      Verified private sunrise buggy ride package
This was the highlight of our Dubai trip ! We took the private sunrise buggy ride package and were picked up at our hotel and were at the dessert by 7am. To have the dessert all to ourselves and the entire experience from the buggy ride to the sand boarding to the camel rides was much beyond what we imagined ! This was worth every penny charged ! Definitely a 10/10 !

In my recent experience with a rental company, I encountered several issues that I find important to highlight. Firstly, there was a discrepancy between the buggy model we requested and the one provided, which led to confusion and inconvenience. Furthermore, after an accident in which the buggy rolled over, the company attempted to charge an excessive fee of 5000 dirhams for damages that, upon inspection, appeared minimal. It was disappointing to note the lack of immediate assistance following the incident, as we had to rely on another rental company for help. Overall, this experience raises concerns about the company's customer service, transparency, and handling of unforeseen events, and I would caution others to exercise caution when considering their services. Also we had to reslove the issue with Police assistance

The experience was awesome, I have been several times to desert safari, but this one is the best. Even the dunes and the property and more over the food. I have not seen this quality of food in other safari in Dubai and Sharjah. Mainly the driver Shall is awesome, guys u need to enjoy dune bashing take this driver u ll have fun.

Amazing!!! I recommand +++ The staff is professionnal and very kind. Amazing spot, authentic and natural. Keep in mind that there is at least 40m of road trip from center of Dubai to the place. Be also prepared for the heat and the sun- book your slot for the morning or evening

Everything was great, at first we book our tour for 2.5.2024 but one day before we contracted the company if it is possible to change it for 4.5.2024 because of the weather (it rained in Dubai), they we so helpful, and they changed it for the other day, which we want, everything went great, only just a little miss understanding about the pick up time, but we managed it, we took 1h ride, the guide was perfect 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻, he gave us water, we stopped to take pictures, I’m glad that I found this company, we talked through WhatsApp, they were responding fast, great communication I would love to recommend this company

     Great experience. The kids (teenagers) and I were very happy and excited.
The stuff - the driver and the guide were very friendly and helpful. We took four quads and they were excellent. The helmets need some improvement.

     The trip was amazing from the start to the end. The driver came on time and the ride was smoothly to the location. The tour guide was very helpful and considerate. The place is not crowded which gave us a space to driver freely.

     It was ok.

As soon as we got there EVERYONE was trying to sell you things.

They wrapped our heads with scarves (arab style) and we thought that was included in the price. We should have asked. Then they dressed us up and that's when I realized they wanted money so we asked how much. The tunics were about $114 USD each and they were only transparent pieces of cloth. Not fancy. Not worth it. The head wraps were $40 USD each. We said no to the tunics and kept the headpiece thinking they would be cheap and they weren't.

Then the guy with the falcon. He literally put the bird on our arms/shoulder/head, took a few pictures without telling us they were going to demand money for them afterwards and then he tried charging us $50 dollars. He was upset when we said no because he wasn't honest from the beginning. We gave him a lot less and he got really upset then.

Then the guys taking the pictures. After everyone trying to scam us we had to learn to say no and walk away. They basically would do something for you without asking and then try over charging and over pricing everything. We were even afraid of drinking the water bottles in the buggy expecting them to charge for them too.

The ride was fun but we both got nauseous after about 30 minutes (we did the 1 hour ride).

It's something we will never do again. Too much money for everything. The sand/views was nice but that's all. If the sellers weren't so pushy trying to sell you everything it might have been worth it.
